1. Introduction
Veltrix Technology LLC, operating as Veltrix Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website veltrixlabs.tech or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number when you request a demo or contact us.
- Business Information: Company name, industry, and business needs provided during onboarding.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent.
- Communications: Records of your communications with us, including demo requests and support inquiries.
3. SMS and Text Messages
Veltrix Labs operates an automated missed call response service on behalf of our business clients. When a person calls one of our client businesses and the call is not answered, they may receive an automated SMS from that business within 30 seconds.
These messages are transactional — they are a direct response to a call that the recipient initiated — and are not marketing messages.
We collect: phone numbers of missed callers, call timestamps, and message delivery status. We do not collect names, personal details, appointment information, or any other data about SMS recipients.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages from that business. After receiving a STOP reply, we permanently suppress that number. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS Program Name: Veltrix Labs Missed Call Response. Message Frequency: One message per missed call per business. Reply HELP for help or contact hello@veltrixlabs.tech. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. End users provide implied consent to receive this message by initiating an inbound phone call to the business. The SMS is sent solely in response to that call attempt and is not a marketing message.
We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS message data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
