1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Veltrix Technology LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Veltrix Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Veltrix Labs provides AI-powered automation services designed to capture missed calls, respond to leads via SMS, and facilitate appointment bookings for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automated missed call SMS response systems
• AI-powered lead conversation and qualification
• Appointment scheduling automation
• Lead capture and CRM integration
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into legally binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
• Obtain necessary consents from contacts before engaging them through our platform
• Not use our services for spam, harassment, or any illegal purposes

5. TCPA Compliance

Our services involve SMS communications. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our SMS automation tools complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable telecommunications laws. You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending automated messages.

Veltrix Labs designs its automation workflow to support TCPA compliance by:

1. Only sending messages in direct response to an inbound call from the recipient
2. Sending a maximum of one unsolicited message per missed call event
3. Including opt-out instructions in every automated message
4. Immediately and permanently suppressing opted-out numbers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

The client remains responsible for ensuring their customer consent procedures are adequate for their specific use case and jurisdiction.

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS sent through the Veltrix platform. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Service fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation:

• You may request cancellation at any time by emailing hello@veltrixlabs.tech or through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all features until that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• For annual plans, cancellation stops the next annual renewal. The remaining months of the current paid year remain active and are not refunded.
• If you change your mind before the cancellation date, contact us and we will reinstate your subscription immediately at no charge.

Veltrix Labs reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Veltrix Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltrix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from using our automation tools.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with appropriate notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
